In light of Alberta’s ridiculous funding to education and knowledge based on Key Performance Indicators here is an appropriate response.

Christopher Willard, 2020.

Futher to the point, and applying Alberta goverment’s own logic, let’s initiate Key Performance Indicators for elected govermental employees and scale their salaries for underachievement. So for example if half the demographic doesn’t vote for an elected official we cut that elected official’s salary in half. If the elected official does not have their terminal degree, probably a PhD in Political Science, we scale down their salary appropriately. If goverment can’t balance the budget, i.e. meet projected expenditure targets, we cut all elected officals’ salaries. If it is said by the people that elected officials are not adequately using their skills and competencies, we will cut the elected officals’ salaries.
